Oil Spill Rental Refund Policy with TheSummitPCB.COM
As you know, the oil spill disaster off the coast of Louisiana has the potential to impact everyone on the Gulf Coast this year. We are receiving fewer calls from concerned booked guests who are asking our policy about cancellations and refunds. As a result, we want to make you aware of our policy concerning the oil slick and your Condo rental.
Refunds: If Federal, State, or Local authorities close the beach for OIL RELATED REASONS (Not double red flag status due to rip currents), we will issue full refunds of unused nights to any guest that has booked a condo through TheSummitPCB.COM. If the beach is closed 1 week prior to a guest arrival, we will issue a full refund should you decide to cancel. This will eliminate someone from canceling now a vacation scheduled at the end of September.
If any guests wish to cancel their vacation prior to any official closing of the beach, we will issue refunds based on our rental refund policy that was in effect at the time of booking.
Rescheduling: We will give any concerned guest the opportunity to reschedule their vacation at a later date versus cancel and lose their initial payment. This may result in a rate changes based on season.
